Tyco School Educational Management Information System Design And Implementation Research

The Informatization of Educational Management inevitablely becomes the trend of the current teaching management model innovation. It’s the important way to improve the work efficiency and guarantee the standardization of college Educational Management. A new type of educational management system has an important significance for informatization construction of the school educational management. It uses the network and information technology in the whole process of personnal training and laids a solid foundation for the Informatization and intelligence of Educational Management in teaching management,score Management, student management and so on. However, with the implementation of the credit system and the teaching management work increasing exponentially, we must need a set of full-featured, secure and reliable information system to make the smooth implementation of the credit system.Therefore, this paper which combines project management experience and uses modern project management knowledge is aim to study the educational management information system and the background and significance of the college educational management informatization project and also analyzes the current Informatization situation of college educational management system. This paper uses the project of Nanjing University of Science and Technology Taizhou College of science and technology education management information system as the object, discusses the requirement analysis and design of Taizhou University of science and technology upgrading project management information system, gives the work breakdown structure in the implementation and construction process of the project, formulates a reasonable plan for the project, and carrys out effective control and management for the schedule and risk which exist in the implementation and construction process of the project.Finally, the author not only analyzes and summarizes the expected results,but also puts forward a lot of opinions and suggestions which can be a guiding significance to informatization construction of the university educational management system.
