With widely used of the high speed ADC and DDS,along with the high speed FPGA,the great development of the phased array radar’s Digital Transmit-Receive System is be accelerated. After more and more digital Transmit-Receive System, Transmit-Receive’s data could be processed more easily and the relation is more and more close between radar system and computer. The Transmit-receive System is developing into a software radio. The Rader’s functions of frequency, phase, waveform, and so on, could be generated by software on an open, standardized, modularized platform. What’s more, After digital Transmit-Receive system and high-speed ADCs and DDS could be closer to RF frontend, as well as antenna, the inputs and outputs of radar could be array signals.Based on the result of theoretical analysis, the L-band Digital Transmit-receive System was designed and its performance was analyzed. This thesis introduced the methods of circuit design include DDS、ADC、FPGA、Filter、AGC、Mixer and PA, the application of software Quartus Ⅱ was also introduced.
