In recent years, the rapid development of professional network brings the challengefor the existing way of the professional network resource management. The efficiency ofthe professional network resource management and maintenance will directly affect theprofessional network’s adaptation to the current development status. Therefore, realizingthe convenient and efficient management of the professional network resource is a keyfactor to continue the rapid development of professional network.This paper studies the theory and implementation of professional network resourcemanagement system based on GIS deeply and briefly introduces the related knowledgeand technology of GIS, Hibernate, ExtJS and Ajax and so on. The professional networkresource management system based on GIS includes: resource information managementmodule, circuit management module, equipment maintenance management module, reportgeneration module, database recovery and backup module, GIS module. In order to ensurethe reusability and extensibility of the resource properties in the resource informationmanagement module, resource properties are composed of inherent properties, basicattributes and extended attributes. In order to simplify the steps of the resourceinstantiation, the system provides a function of template setting. Using the function oftemplate setting can realize that when you instantiate a certain type of resources, theresources they contain will also be instantiated. Resource location is a very importantfunction in GIS module. The function of resource location is realized by using theQuickFinder class which improves the efficiency and accuracy of resource location.You can conveniently find the basic property information of the professional networkmanagement and spatial information which reflecting the geographical location of theprofessional network management through the system. You can know the distribution ofthe professional network management directly. By using this system can realize themanagement of the professional network management in real time, accurately andgraphically, and improve the efficiency of professional network management effectivelyand improve the level of the professional network management.
