With the development and popularization of information technology, enterpriselogistics informatization has been changed from both depth and breadth. LogisticsManagement Information System is the necessary vector for the enterprise logisticsinformatization, which makes the basic business process into practices as well asbrings convenience for enterprise logistics, by collecting and processing information,information flow and information management technology. With the competition ofthe logistics market, unstoppable changing of customer needs, elaboration of thebusiness process management, Logistics Management Information System is payingmore attention on agility to meet the needs of the enterprises logistics sustainabledevelopment strategy. According to the research of the agility optimization andevaluation methods, new opportunities can be treat as the Logistics ManagementInformation System study, so that the strategic development goals can be betteradapted, and the basis support for enterprise decision making.Agility of Logistics Management Information System serves as the entry point ofthe dissertation, and also focuses on the System evaluation and optimization. Firstly,the issue establishes the principle and the system model of Logistics ManagementInformation System. In the meantime, based on warehouse management, the articledeeply analysis the main business process of the logistics industry. Secondly, study issitting on the relationship between the SOA and BPM, and develops SOA-BPMLayered architecture, raise the key point and main function of it. Thirdly, using theBPR and the Workflow Engine optimize the agility of the Logistics ManagementInformation System. With the comparison of other workflow engine, expound theOSworkflow flexibility which could functional improve system’s agility. Proposedthe BPR method, highlight the order flow to do system optimization and integration.Finally, proposed the agile evaluation model for Logistics Management InformationSystem, as well as list the quantificational calculation method for each agile index.Based on a logistics business case study, the dissertation deploys and realizes theagility by using above optimization and evaluation methods. It calculates andcompares the system’s agility before and after the optimization, and analyzes thechanges of the agility indexes. The whole dissertation completes the evaluationmethod from the model design to realize, and optimization methods from thetheoretical research to practical application, to verify the practicability and feasibility of the optimization and evaluation methods.Combining the theory and actual, the dissertation completes the evaluationmethod from the model design to realize, and optimization methods from thetheoretical research to practical application. It is significant to enterprisesestablishing more flexible, fast, agile Logistics Management Information System,achieving the enterprise logistics efficiency and maximizing the benefit.
