With the popularization of the network technology, the fundamental change has takenplace in the worldwide industrial structure. It promotes the development of global informationtechnology. In the field of industrial control fields, the combination of network technologyand control technology has already become the focus of automatic technical research.Especially, based on Internet and control technology, the PLC remote monitoring system hasbeen gained more and more extensive application in industrial processing control systems.In this paper, the remote monitoring system of egg powder production on the basis ofInternet, was taken as the background and the PLC remote monitoring system was discussed.The data acquisition technology, Internet technology, communication technology andobject-oriented programming technology, and Client/Server mode are adopted. Thehiberarchy and modules design method are used. Meanwhile, the alarm system which can betransferred file between computer and PLC was adopted.For the aim of remote monitoring system, three-layered network of the PLC control aboutegg powder production is proposed. In the field control layer, Device Net fieldbus controltechnique is adopted. In the supervisory layer, PLC is connected with programming PC asfirst-class master. PC-PLC telecommunication software is programmed by use of the VC++6.0, which is intergrated with the serial-port programming technique and ADO data interfacetechnique, the software completes the data acquisition from PLC, and the command datatransfer from PC. On the remote management layer, WinSock technology and object-orientedprogramming technology was used to achieve server systematic communication, show thecontrol information, alarm and manage function module between server and customer end.The production of the paper has been applied to egg powder process in Dalian lvxueegg product development Corporation, which has gained favorable economic and socialbenefit.
