The Safe Salvage in Inshore Fishery Communication Net has stopped for several years for various reasons, but it concerns the safety of numerous piscatorial lives and properties, at the same time, it is a very important platform of inshore fishery daily communication, and the demand that recover The Safe Salvage in Inshore Fishery Communication Net is very urgent, the promotion and transformation is very urgent too. Aiming at the demand about the project of promotion and transformation for The Safe Salvage in Inshore Fishery Communication Net, design and implement the Remote Control System of Unsupervised Base Station for the Safe Salvage in Inshore Fishery Communication Net by studying the correlation experience and technology at home and abroad. Based on the system, the project of promotion and transformation for The Safe Salvage in Inshore Fishery Communication Net is successfully implemented.The integrated design of the system is implemented according to the requirement of the project and the Client/Server mode, at the same time, the theory and technology of embedded and remote control is used too. The system mainly consist with four parts, such as base station server,control center client,communication net and inshore fishing vessel. Through the communication on the computer network between the Client and Server, the Client can control the device of base station. The devices of base station communicate with inshore fishing vessel by radio wave, so the Client can monitor the fishing vessel and communicate with the fishing vessel. This paper mainly introduce the design and realization of embedded remote base station controller's software and hardware for Server, at the same time, the design and realization of Client software for control center is introduce too.According to the embedded system engineering's theory, complete the design and realization of the hardware circuital about base station controller,the transplantation of bootstrap program,the customization of Linux kernel,the construction of root file system and the design and realize of the corresponding driver program for the base station controller extended circuit step by step.According to the analysis and design of the system, the software of the server and client are implemented. Aiming at the condition which exist multi clients in the system, the distribution of control privilege is implemented by using multi-thread and Socket technology. Aiming at the equipment controlling information's transmission, the corresponding packaging protocol for the controlling information is designed and implemented. Aiming at the real-time communication of audio data, the audio data's real-time collecting and playing in the Server and Client are implemented, at the same time, a scheme about audio data compression and decompression is reasonably designed and implemented according to the needs of the audio data transmission on network. A kind of simulation testing environment is designed. The result of testing show that the system's performance is very good and the result is predetermined.
