With the development of electronic technology, people put forward higherrequirements on electronic system, so the open system which has more flexibility, diversity, and portability have been attracted the public eye. Due to the limitationof each chip, the system that based on DSP(Digital Signal Processor), ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit), and FPGA(Filed Programmable LogicArray) is difficult to fully meet the needs of users. According to certain principleand algorithm, we analyzed and distributed reasonably the software and hardwarefunctions to complete the system soft reconstruction. It can further improve thegenerality and simplify of the system. This important design idea gets the muchattention of people. The reconfigurable technology based on the FPGA isachieved warm attention and gotten rapid development during manyreconfiguration implemntation methods. The most study of FPGA reconfigurabletechnology research is only focuse on cynamic reconfigurable which aimed athigh speed and high real-time demand situation, but not for mid-range and lowend market where the static reconfigurable system is suitable for. The staticreconfigurable system can save a lot of resources and improve the utilization rate.On the basis of having been sdutied the reconfigurable technology, achieveing thereconfigurable configuration, and setting up the reconfigurable system platformwhich based on FPGA was designed using “CPLD+FLASH” structure. Thesystem platform can store seven configuration files, and fast select them throughselection button. The platform adopts power-on automatic configurationcombined with manual control configuration methods to reconfigure the systemflexible.Under the premise that the overall plan was confirmed, the main controldevices were chosen, and the design of the system hardware circuit was completed with DXP2004software. In addtion, the most important part is that thecontrol program of the system was written by Verilog hardware descriptionlanguage, and simulatted with Quartus II9.0software. In the last, the functions ofreconfigurable system have been tested and verified, the results met designexpected.
