Synchronization phenomena in science, nature, engineering and social life abound. Synchronous control technology has been applied to many areas related to synchronization, such as servo robot cooperation between the multi-axis machine processing. These applications for synchronous control precision and process requirements are also increasing. For organizations with multiple dispersed working large equipment, only to ensure synchronization between multiple motors coordinate operations in order to ensure the normal operation of production, and the system synchronization performance is good or bad, a direct impact on product quality and performance, in-depth study multi-motor synchronization control, improve its synchronization accuracy is of great significance.So research on the Synchronized Control Multi-motor System deeply is of great importance.In case of synchronization for multiple motors, the real time data communication is necessary. In order to satisfy this requirement, the complex signal lines are usually used to detect the speed and position ofeach motor and to command the desired speed and position. Such a traditiohal implementation technique induces many problems in the view of reliability and economy because of the amotmt and complexity of wiring, noise and maintenance problems.To realize multi-motor control effectively,PC is used as the control host computer,and the function of CAN bus physics layer and dannn chain layer is realized by CAN bus interface card. the host node consists of PC and CAN bus interface card.motorcontrollcr based on TMS320LF2407A is used as the slave node, host node sends control order to the slave node, which controls the motor according to the order, the state of the motor is sent to the host node and the slave node at the same time. The design makes full use of the effective and real, time characteristics of CAN bus and the powerful operation ability and the abundant resources of TMS320LF2407A, combined with control strategy, eventuall realizes the function of controlling and monitoring multi-motor. The results of experiment show the reliability and validity of the system.
