Namely along with the rapid development of power electronics technology, computer technology and automatic control technology, the electric transmission technology is being faced with a history revolution, it has become development trend that transferring speed replaces direct current accent speed and computer digital control technology replaces the simulating control technology. The electrical frequency conversion technology is one kind of major means of promotion technology to save energy and improve process flow in order to raise the product quality and improve environment. Frequency conversion is generally acknowledged by the home and abroad that it has a great future with excellent accent speed, a brake capability, extensive scope of application, high efficiency rate, great credit rate factor and joint electricity effect and other many merits.The VC makes people see that in spite of induction motor control is complicated, equally the inherent essence that torque and magnetic field were controlled independently can be realized. But owing to VC self complicated structure as well as calculation capacity is big and other shortcoming, it was restricted on his development and the application greatly. Along wi th the rapid development of microprocessor, this kind of contradiction was surmounted in the especially emergence of digit signal processor (DSP) gradually in recent years .The first chapter briefs the present situation and develop trend of the modern electric transmission technology, including the power electronics, microprocessor and the basic circumstances of modern control theory. Second chapter has been introduced the basic principle of VC in detail. Third chapter encircles on the foundation of VC system to simulate by using C++, and the theory analysis and discussion have been carried on, proving that the method of control is correct, effective and feasible. According to the module have been used in our control system, the 4th chapter briefs the hardware module inside the digital signal processor. On base of chapter 3rd, the 5th chapter introduces the method and the foundation of the software of digital signal processor, and thenecessary explanation to CVS are also given.The digital control in a high speed is a coming development direction, and the design of this system is the bold trial in this domain with the development. What is worth carrying is the special controller--TMS320F240. The merits such as the stability is strong and precision is high, repeatability is good etc has gone back inside his auxiliary equipment of electrical machinery control usefulness integrated, and have simplified hardware greatly forming the system, and have reduced the cost.The fast technology of frequency conversion is as high and new technology, foundation technology and save energy technology, and has permeated in all technology departments of economy domain. The execution property and many auxiliary special and high equipments makes DSP become the best chip of control system in the electrical machinery. Along with constantly developing of DSP, electrical machinery without velocity sensor and intelligence control ware will be more and more better, and certainly will replace the SCM gradually.
