Pactera building access is controlled by traditional manual management, which is a waste of manpower and management and meanwhile is inefficient. Under this condition, we proposed an automated information system with the hardware to manage access rights. In this paper, based on Pactera office environment, we design and implementation the access control management system. In this paper, firstly, we analyzed access control management systems of domestic and abroad area. Then we introduced specific techniques and methods used to implement the systems.Depending on the real situation, we analyzed the entire access control management system’s specific needs, including functional needs, performance requirements, and security needs. After determining the detailed needs analysis, we carried out the system which is divided into six modules, namely, employee information management, card information management, import and export information management, anti-dive management and control, access, and data backup records check. The system was functionally partitioned. After that, the each part of the system is carried out with a detailed design. Firstly, we design the functions for the system and carry out each module’s detailed design. During this period, we gave the use case diagram and sequence diagrams. Then we gave the system database detailed design, with database table structure and other details. With the detailed design of the system, we implemented the system, giving a screenshot of the main function. After t the system’s implementation, we run the system verification. Test is divided into the white box and black box testing, and we mainly use the black-box testing. Verifacation reveals that the system can work properly. By testing, we found that the system can basically complete the actual application requirements.
