The Design And Implementation Of An Integrated Management System For Sports Meeting

With the promotion of the fitness, the diversified grassroots sports grow more popular.Among them, holding the sports meets with different level and size is the most commonform. For municipal amateur sports, the organization and management of sports meet is adaily work and plays an important role for talent pool in the future. For a long period, allkinds of sports meets were mainly organized by hand. So the procedures are verytime-consuming and error-prone. It is not conducive to the integration, analysis and reuseof various types of information. How to improve the management level of sportsorganizations, and how to use all kinds of information obtained in the process of the sportsorganizations more efficiently, the construction of an integrated management system is abasic task. It is one of the most important issues to be solved in the process of sportsmodernization. Based on this, this article firstly analyzes the development and the currentapplication state of such systems at home and abroad. Then the business requirements ofthe sports management system are proposed. Based on the requirements, the articledescribes the overall design of the system architecture, the system flow, the systemfunctions and the data structures. Then a complete development platform based on B/Sarchitecture, using ASP.NET technology and SQL database management system isproposed. Finally, the article implements an integrated management system for the sportsmeeting containing all the procedures of the organizations. Managing multiple sportsmeetings is a feature of our system. In this way, we can conduct a multi-dimensionalanalysis of the relevant data.The system designed and implemented by this paper has been successfully put into useand achieved its aim. The use of this integrated management system for sports meetingshows the development direction of management technology at present. It improves theefficiency and management level. With competitive sports and mass sports in depth,grassroots sport is becoming increasingly popular, as the games organization andmanagement of a municipal amateur sports daily work in the admissions selection and sohas a positive effect. But for a long time, it is generally organized mainly by hand, makingthe management of time-consuming and error-prone. How to improve the level of sports management and how to establish an integrated sports management system in the sportsgames is the important issues to be solved in the process of sports modernization.Therefore, studying how to create a sports management system what is easy to operate andeasy to use is very important.This article introduces the background of system exploitation and the developmentconditions in the world and analyzed the business requirements of the sports managementsystem, and detailed depicts the problem which the system needs to solve. It describes theoverall design of the system architecture, the system flow, the system functions and thedata structures. In development plan, the architecture based on B/S is adopter, andASP.NET technology, and SQL database server. The system realizes the duties and powersof the administrator, th teams and the athletes. It increases a multi-session managementmodel and realizes the functions of statistical analysis by the way of reports generation.The sports integrated management system has run successfully, it can be exploited as itsgoal. The use of this system shows the management technology of curriculum of studentsdevelops into automation and informalization. It has the advantages of enhancing workingefficiency and improving the management, and will make the management high effect,normal and scientific.
