Agricultural bank, post savings bank and rural credit cooperatives compose the rural financial system of Xinjiang. At present, the attendance work of rural credit cooperatives of Xinjiang is manual attendance. In this condition, there exists many harmful cases such as enforcement of attendance regime is not enough, lax supervision. There are large amounts of late, leave early, asking for leave and absence, but it have no records. The use of attendance management system can reinforce organized and self-disciplined consciousness of staff to some extent. It improves the efficiency of attendance management work.Through learning the successful experience of other banks of building "one-card-system", the rural credit cooperatives of Xinjiang are building one-card management system platform. The one card system can integrate functions of all cards into one card. The attendance management system of this dissertation is a subsystem based on one-card management system. In the process of system development, the dissertation adopts object-oriented design idea and completes the design of attendance management system. The system is divided into eight modules which includes authority management, operator management, attendance management, card management, device management, query and statistics and reports management. Attendance manage system is a information management system which is used in various places, such as meetings, parking and many office space. Attendance management system use Microsoft Visual Studio.NET as development platform, it use Java as development language and use the Oracle as back ground database. In the process of development adopt structured and modular design. The system has strong scalability.The system uses the Chinese interface platform, which is able to run under Windows environment. It provides rich statistical statement, convenient updating various base information, management security, query convenient, easy to operate etc characteristics.
