In recent years, along with the RFID radio frequency identification technology andthe rapid development of computer network technology, through the combination ofthese two technologies to solve the social reality of the practical problems has become aconsensus.This paper focuses on the RFID technology in the entrance guard andattendance system in the specific application, comparing the radio frequencyidentification technology and biological recognition and disadvantages of the techniques,and considering the securities sales department of the existing computer networkenvironment, the system to determine the three layers framework based on C/S mode,with RFID technology as the key designing technology, using contactless IC card in theentrance guard and attendance of the application of the system.This thesis uses access control machine with card-reading time recording function,without increasing the hardware investment under the premise, realizes the unitattendance management. System design is based on the use of units of the actualbusiness needs to complete, system operation platform for the Windows more than XPversion of the operating system, and the background database using SQL Server.Through the C#.Net programming language developed out the ban and attendancemanagement system to achieve unit access control and time and attendancemanagement.According to the actual situation of the securities business, fully studied businessmanagement automation needs to attendance, firstly introduces the concept of the radiofrequency identification technology, access control and attendance system concept, SQLdatabase concepts, c#.net technology, three architecture technique, ado.net technologyand Socket communication technology system such as the basic theory of key, thenaccording to the project needs, puts forward the system the detailed design proposal,finally introduce entrance guard and attendance system mainly module method. Thissystem mainly function module has the personnel management, door management, the attend ance ma nagement, attend ance treatment and system maintenance.
