With the continuous deep-going of the information development and application, information technology and refining production increasingly close to people. The impact of information on security production, operating management, daily office routine is more emphasized. Information technology provide strong technology guarantee for decreasing production security risk, optimizing production scheme, enhancing office efficiency. Information system is also become an indispensable conditions for production and office. Any link of information system happen fault, which will bring serious influence for production business and daily office routine. So constructing an information system monitoring alarm platform is very important. When there are abnormal events, maintenance personnel can get relevant fault information at once. The maintenance personnel can deal with default and insure normal operation of system, which is especially important.The monitoring objects of the monitoring platform of this dissertation include network, operation system, database, application system etc. Monitoring items of every aspect have various classes. It monitor hardware environment which include work temperature, fan speed etc. It monitor system environment which include the operating environment of operation system, CPU, RAM, I/O, storage space, throughput of network, the number of course and status etc. The design of monitor platform must flexible and extensive. In the case of monitoring number is increase it can be as little as possible to take up resources and has strong event notification mechanism. At present the mainstream way of monitoring information system technology mainly has the SNMP protocol, WMI, TELNET, SSH, ODBC, private agent and so on. This System adopts the Microsoft System Center Operation Manager2007(SCOM2007) monitoring software as the foundation, according to the configuration policy of SCOM realize note alarm, it realize monitor the MES of Dushanzi petrochemical, application system, network devices, operation system, database etc resources. The monitoring platform can do efficient monitor, record, alarm. Maintenance personnel can find problem and deal with all kinds of equipment faults and acknowledge equipment operating state and analysis variation trend. It can give actual and efficient data. It lays foundation of safeguard equipment to long period and reliable work.
