The Design And Implementation Of Power Monitoring Alarm System Based On CTI Technology

Along with the development of network technology, computer network and thetelecommunication network produced intersection, and they are influencing with each other.Voice Card serve as the media connecting different networks to enable the informationexchange between them. It is easy to implement telecom business expansion via takingadvantage of computer software and hardware technology. At present, CTI technology has beenused everywhere, produce more value for enterprise and at the same time bring customers betterexperience. The development of information technology makes people have the idea aboutbetter service. As the infrastructure of society the power system provide the electric power forthe general customers and enterprise,the association with the social development and peopleliving standard is closely linked.Each branch of the current telecommunication network is connected by a power alarmdevice. The power off alarm sensor monitors the electric power. It calls the predefinedmaintenance phone number when the branch is powered off. So the maintaining man can benotified where it comes from by the number. It achieves the aim that the powering off event wasgot as soon as possible. But, it has shortcomings. Firstly, it cannot be promised that themaintaining man is notified since each device can be set limited alarm phone number. Secondly,unified management is not easily implemented by the simple way.For solving the above problems, we develop the monitoring system of power alarm to takethe alarm message of all the counties of city together and notify the specified person via thesystem. So as to achieve unified dispatching, unified management and evaluate maintenanceman on the basis of the logs.This paper introduced the CTI technology background information, the development ofcall center, several signaling way, the voice call and the related standard firstly, then describethe designed architecture, the designed module and the designed database system. It is thedetailed describing about implement of three parts and the technology and principle in chapterfive. At the end of this paper, I summarize the disadvantage of the system and present theimprovement of the system.
