Design And Implementation Of Hospital Health Physical Examination Information Management System

With the people’s living standard improving substantially, the country gives great impetus to health care reform and hospital medical business is rapidly growing year by year in recent years. The hospital management informatization and digitization becomes a powerful means to realize resource integration and process optimization、reduce operation costs and improve service quality、work efficiency and management level.Accelerating informatization and digitization construction is necessary to deepen hospital reform and promote hospital development.As the traditional manual management can not meet the needs of work of the hospital health physical examination center, it is good for realization of the hospital health physical examination management information system to reengineer the health physical examination process, improve work efficiency and regulate the business process.Social healthy and subhealthy people are provided with better health care,sub-health adjustment promotion and disease prevention services.The city cadre health care is also provided with detailed health data and is facilitated with health care work. On this basis, this article describes it in more details through all sorts of static and dynamic structure and database design of the system. For this blueprint, system is divided into several functional modules which are programmed respectively and tested and implemented online, such as triage unit appointment booking、doctor workstation sort and general inspection、LIS port and statistical forms enquiry.This system has been in operation successfully in health physical examination center of Taian city center hospital, which optimizes business process of the health physical examination center, improves work efficiency through the implementation of the system and all kinds of detailed reports also provide a basis for decision-making for relevant departments.
