Design And Implementation Of The Integrative Information Management System Of Dali Asphalt

The rapid development of information technology promotes the reform of the modern enterprise management, which offers firms an important way to cut costs and promote the management level. As a new form of online office, the application and development of Integrated Information Management System is of vital importance to save paper resources, to increase work efficiency as well as to improve the work environment.The integrative management information system of Dali Asphalt tries to provide One-stop management to reduce operating costs, promote management level and enhance the company decision-making capacity, so as to increase the economic benefits. The system has some advantages as follows:(1) the digitization of data and business documents guarantees the reliability and accuracy of contents, and it gives the company a powerful means to search and query the data.(2) The system provides One-stop Document Flow to integrate information resource across departments and facilitate information sharing within the enterprise.(3) The system helps improve the management structure, which converts decentralized management model to centralized management model, and actualize the management in a flat-styled manner. Therefore, the integrative management information system of Dali Asphalt enables better business management and promotes the enterprise development.The paper focuses on the integrative management information system of Dali Asphalt, regards software engineering as guidelines, accomplishes the demand analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. The first part is an analysis of the present situation of Dali’s work flow and we abstract the business process. According to system functions, the system is divided into four subsystems:Sales Management, Purchasing management, Manufacturing management and Financial Management. And based on this, we identify the system actors according their functional areas and let different member have different information operation purview. The paper details the implementation of Sales Module and Purchasing Module, and realizes the One-stop Management of interrelated forms.We use B/S structure to support the implementation of this system, and use the latest SQL Server as the system database to develop this platform. The integrative management information system of Dali Asphalt has been launched on trial, and testing results show that this system is able to meet the users’requirement as well as got good feedback.
