With the progress of science and technology, automation system has been gradually applied to the field of medicine. Nowadays, with the small scope and limited funding, a lot of small and medium sized medical institutions of structural testing adopt single computer system or indoor on-line conditions for clinical testing systems. The testing technicians and other related staff doing the same and trifles works during the checking processes. This makes man-made factors of mix up the specimens, resulting in deviation and increasing the probability of errors. It is more easier that the testing people will ignore the restraint result information such as the doctor’s diagnosis and the patient signs. The testing technicians is tired of the hard work, and the patients is facing the higher possibility of misdiagnosis, objectively caused the tense doctor-patient relationship, both sides are dissatisfied with the present situation. Based on this, this paper combines the domestic features of the process of clinical examination,to examine how the implementation of effective cost control under the premise of small and medium-sized medical institutions to improve the automation of the process of clinical examination to enhance the overall quality of test specimens and test efficiency. Put forward the paperless transfer of specimens to resolve the issue of fault data samples using two-way communication model that can release the technicians from the tedious repetitive, and effectively reduces the manual operation of the resulting error rate. While using the two-way communication can release the technicians from tedious repetitive work, but the various testing equipment from different manufacturers in different countries and together with no integrate international standards, which makes manufacturers to create their own standards for communication protocols. In that case, the establishment of a unified set of two-way communication mode can easily facilitate the insertion of a new communication protocol and analysis the data accurately as well as a unified function of the total upgrade. Making this two-way communication process to support an extensive range of equipment is also a big problem of this thesis. In view of the above design concept proposed in this paper and combine the company’s development practices of my experience. This thesis specifically stated the paperless specimens in detail and the development of two-way communication process and the problems of the techniques.
