The paper proposes the method of "the revealing fill-in and high-speed submission of attorney letter with Ajax system", "networking management of attorney letter", and "immediate communication of consigning system", The above-mentioned method emphasizes to solve such key problems as fast submission, key words prompting filling, the management, searching and statistics of the information of the consignation letter, intermediate communication between users and working staff, data security and management of the system and etc. The system analyses web service and Ajax technology, using AJAX realizes the fill-in of key words and submission of attorney letter, realizes the dynamic screening of page data and dynamic loading and organizing of controls, using Gridview and Table of ASP. NET, realizes the search and manage of attorney letter ,and improves the flexibility and expansibility of the system. Using "callback" construct immediate communication of consigning system for the user and worker, resolve many question of user. For the solution of system security, we apply the method of authority division and ID validation technology in case of ultra vies operation, adopt a measure to resolve storage, backup and restore of database.Recently, all functions of web-based science and technology novelty searching attorney system have been realized. The system is under trial run and the information feedback shows that the whole method has rational designs and feasible measures for problems solution.
