With the national information technology developing, domestic agricultural websites have developed very rapidly. Most agricultural areas have built their own network platforms. Science and education category of agricultural information websites have shown a good momentum of development in the number and size. Due to the lack of certain industry standards and certification authorities of agricultural network information, and there exists certain issues about the organization and construction of the science and education category of agricultural information websites, it did not favorably plays its specific advantages. This study puts forward sustainable development ideology combining the construction and management practice of Ccain, and the author has done a certain amount of work about the technic research, organization and management of resources for the status quo of science and education category of agricultural websites. It made the construction of the site working in line with industry standards, and the organization of information resources has a clear and reasonable structure. Finally the site in this research has certain scalability on the technic and structure in the future. Concrete work as follows:(1) Web resources managementThe overall design of user and agricultural information resources have taken the status quo of Ccain into the consideration. The paper introduces the thought of design of file-relation database, achieved the physical design process of the resources database of the site using SQL Server 2000.(2) Dynamic site building technologyThis study adopted Asp.net, JavaScript scripting language to complete the dynamic performance based on several popular technology. It reduces the workload of site development to the maximum extent, and reduces the difficulty of site management.(3) Page layout and design of html pagesThe development work followed the Web2.0 standards, and made content and performance separated. It used the idea of a combination of CSS and Xhtml to complete a static web page layout and design work, and optimized the speed of the site visit.(4) Adding "The pilot of villages-informationed" columnUsing the current popular WebGIS technology, it displays the soil map, land-use plans, block plans, and other spatial data of the project through Ccain, and implements the function of spatial data queries. Its advocacy role for the agriculture-related research projects can not be ignored.(5) Site security management The study introduces the train of thought and several specific measures of making the site running safely through the reasonable planning of server operating system, web server, database security, and other aspects.
