The Design And Realization On FTTH Project Of College Of Agriculture Cadres

With the development of optical fiber technology, optical fibers not only has put into use in the long distance network, metropolitan area network and access network backbone section, and continue to extend in access network wiring and lead-in wire, which finally achieves the optical fiber to the home. Pushing forward the construction of the optical fiber broadband network infrastructure is not only the development of network basis infrastructure, but also the important strategic resources. For national security and long-term competitiveness it has important strategic significance. And to improve the level, quality and safety of the national information infrastructure comprehensively, the access network is the key. FTTH is the ultimate solution, consequently paying close attention to FTTH and the development of FTTH in our country have far-reaching significance.Based on communication network construction of dormitories in the institute of agriculture cadres of Shandong province, according to each dormitory building distribution and floor structure in the dormitory area and the dormitory network scale, network construction scheme is designed in this thesis. According to the current construction requirements and the development plan during a period of time, we apply this FTTH mode based on PON to achieve the integrated voice and data access. This thesis introduces the application of the FTTH technology and the PON technology. according to the integrated wiring system design, some works have been done such as the development of network planning and equipment selection etc, the design of the network topology, awakened construction scheme, and the engineering budget. The network construction scheme designed can adjust to the requirement of broadband users in network transmission capacity increasingly and transmission quality increasingly, and satisfies the requirement of the long-term development of the broadband access networks.At present, the project has been finished in accordance with the engineering plan, and reached the design demand. It improves the network and system support service ability of China Unicom Dezhou Qihe company, promote the company’s customer service ability,level, and quality, and satisfies the users requirements for improving the quality of network communication.
