Research On The Schedule Plan And Control Of XinJiang’s Wireless City Project

With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies in recent years, the timing of the development of our country wireless city ripe. Vigorously develop wireless city has become the consensus of all parties, the wireless city government regulators, public users, operators has a unique and important significance. Wireless city project schedule and progress control program, similar to the formulation of the progress of the project plan for the future reference.In this thesis, guided by the theories of Project Management, we combine project plan&control theory with the xinjiang mobile wireless city projects, explain the way that apply project schedule plan&control theory to the project management process. The main contents are as follows:(1) In the construction process of Xinjiang mobile’s wireless city project schedule, we make full use of the related theory to determine the project objectives, the scope, WBS (work breakdown structure) and apply project time calculation method to estimate the project time, as well as give the Gantt chart of the project schedule.(2) In the progress control of the project, through analzing the impact factors of Xinjiang mobile wireless city construction, we use the principle of AHP to evaluate the effect degree of each factor. The main factors influencing the schedule is determined, which are the technical scheme, the project construction staff incentives system, project selection, supplier, project organization structure, manager quality etc.(3) According to the identified influence factors, from the choice of the reasonable technical scheme, strengthening the construction of staff incentives, choosing rational construction scheme, improve the quality of project managers and other aspects, we put forward some strategies for the project schedule control...
