Design And Implementation Of Electronic Work Sheet Information Management System

With the rapid development of the popularization of computer and Internet technology, the information work of scientific management have become an indispensable part of enterprise production, operation and management. The electronic worksheet is business or computerized automation of the production process. Electronic worksheet belongs to the category of the MIS system, information management system using database technology, combined with the software development tools to implement the system of all functions. Many companies are using one of the traditional paper form management form before, manual transfer order way, step by step approval, which work efficiency is very low. And the electronic worksheet managers need to fill in the corresponding worksheet on PC, the system will run automatically in accordance with the provisions of the process, the lower operating personnel will receive worksheet information, and according to the need to carry on the worksheet review, distributed, tracking and management, such as operation, greatly improve the working efficiency, realize the paperless office system, which enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this dissertation, it has analyzed the worksheet using paper characteristics worksheet about the status, combed the relevant business process, designed the electronic worksheet information management system, realized the network management electronic worksheet; worksheet management efficiency was improved greatly. First of all, this article uses the object-oriented analysis method, focused on the participant’s business requirements analysis and collection system, uses the UML unified modeling language (UML), Visio2010, Rational Rose tool to establish data model diagram of the system. Secondly, according to the research of requirement analysis, work out the overall design project of the system, mainly including the software architecture design, function module design and database design, through the design system of flow diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram model, describes the core functions of the system in detail, which laid a foundation for the implementation of system. Finally, based on B/S architecture, the application of MVC framework, Eclipse3.2development tool designed the electronic worksheet information management system, the system basically achieved desk management, worksheet management, system management, and other major functions. The background data processing system using Oracle10g database management system, realized the data access.At present, this system has been deployed and put into operation, it operates stability, which improved the traditional paper worksheet management model, and improved the working efficiency of enterprise network management worksheet, and achieved the expected objective.
