Comprehensive analysis andmanagement the information and accounts of the gas station is not only the need of gas stationmanagement, but also is the need to enhance work efficiency and service quality, so it is necessarythat gas stations like Yuanba gas station which are in independent town use management informationsystem for auxiliary management.In development process of the whole system, we accord to the ideas and methods of softwareengineering. The whole process including: demand analysis, outline design, detailed design, codeimplementation, software testing, system maintenance, etc. In System design, we withobject-oriented development method which is the current mainstream now, that makes program hasrobustness, simple program modularity and reusability, flexibility and code reuse. In database design,we should not only consider the classify of all customer information, to facilitate the customer query,also want to benefit at gas station manager to facilitate the information summary and classified byconditions and time, etc. According to these characteristics, this paper presents the correspondingsolutions, and map out of the overall system function module and database design.The development of the whole system based on.NET3.5, he corresponding integrateddevelopment platform is Visual Studio2008, and use Microsoft SQL Server2000databasemanagement software. The whole system consists of two modules, Windows Form applicationmodules and the Web Form application modules. Systems assign corresponding function to differentkind of users, so users can access to relevant data, query and manage related to their contents, theadvantage is benefit for the development and maintenance of system, greatly improved the securityof the system, Windows Form application modules will be used by workers and manager of gasstation, Windows Form application modules including the daily operation and management, datamanagement and administrator management of the Web Form module, etc. Web application modulewill be mainly used by customers of the gas station, to operate information of themselves. Webapplication module contains account query, press release, the customer login, customer message management, etc.This management information system has great practical value for the middle and small gasstation in towns, simple to operate, easy to understand, easy to manage maintenance, less demandingof hardware, software facilities and the level of the user’s computer requirements. It can allow usersto basically get rid of the traditional complex mode of management, not only improve the efficiency,also can save cost increase economic benefits.
