Web-based Recruitment Management Information Systems Design And Implementation

With the international financial crisis continuingly deepening and the economics of America and westen countries decreasing, the employment situation of our country is becoming more and more serious. So,in order to provide a more effective service for both of the employers and employees, how to manage the employers and how to manage the information of the employees is also becoming a tight task. Information management is from written by hand to stored by computers, from platform document to relationship DataBase, from one computer one user model to B/S model, from C/S model to B/S e. The technology of information management is more and more mordenised, scientifical and practical. At the same time, the information that can be managed is larger and larger.This system is a high-level talents recruitment information interactive system.It includes two parts: one is the building and repairing of the back data- ,the other is the design of the front programe.For the former,we need to build a ---.For the latter,it should be progromed practically and can be used easily. Combined with this requirement, I carefully studied MS SQL SERVER2000 data management system, SQL language theory, ASP application programe design, and finished the analysis of the function requirement of the on-line information management system, the deviding of the function models,the design of the data-.I also designed the constrcture of the data- and the application programes.This system is designed for four parts:first,a brief introduction of the purpose and the backgrounds,second,the design analysis of the system,the function analysis of the system,the definition of the model dividing,third,the design of the system,fourth,the analysis of the individual functional model based on part 2,the demonstrations of some programe codes to illustrate the technology in the design of the application programe.
