With social progress and the rapid development of productivity, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises make use of computer technology and CAD, CAPP, CAM in product design and production process technology in order to improve the ability of product research and development and market competitiveness. These technologies bring about obvious benefits for enterprises, meanwhile bring unceasingly kinds of data and technical documentation, and various problems caused by lack of sharing and utilization of real-time information between departments. Those problems seriously restricting the development of enterprises and the further improvement of the technological progress and product performance and quality.Aiming at the problems the enterprise encountered, my thesis point out the importance and urgency of the implementation of PDM system. Through the analysis of enterprise data management, process management and information integration of PDM system, it put forward the route design, constructed of the main functional module of PDM system, broke through the compatibility of a variety of computer application technology, which solved the management problem of PDM system, completed the verification that can be smoothly carried out in enterprises and has reached the renovation of enterprise, the application of information to improve their technology and management level, promote the adjustment of industrial structure and management mechanism innovation, but also the information construction of the same industry which played a role model and provided successful experience.
