With the national e-government introduction of information technology solutions,processing of e-government in a multi-level administrative areas and the gradualapplication of the executive departments, administrative examination and approvalmanagement system is the use of modern information technology tools to facilitate theadministrative licensing the perfect solution. This paper describes the administrativeexamination and approval management and application development in China, analyzedthe characteristics of administrative examination and approval management, summed upthe administrative examination and approval management system for domestic andinternational research status and development trend of administrative examination andapproval management are described, based research projects provides a theoretical basisand practical significance. The main work of this paper is as follows:1. A large literature was constantly reading and comparison, analysis of the currentresearch status issues, compared to a number of domestic and foreign research fellow,put forward their own theories and methods, and on this basis to explore a suitablesystem of administrative examination and approval management solutions.2. Through the relevant professional knowledge and learning, in with the generalgoals and direction, and then use the exchange, and explore other ways to complete theadministrative examination and approval system needs analysis, business process andlays out the basic shape.3. Through the analysis of the above requirements, combined with technical,economic, resource and other aspects of system modeling and analysis.4. According to the analysis needed to get the system functional design of theoverall framework, combined with business process analysis, detailed design of thesystem.5. System implementation. Summary of the above design ideas, select theexamination and approval system to adapt to the environment and applicationdevelopment platform code and the operational levels to achieve the function module.Finally, the test system security, the test results show that the system is expected tocomplete the goal.
