The Design And Implementation Of The International Business Message Automatic Distribution Subsystem

With the development of economic globalization, international trade has becomemore and more frequent. Commercial banks as the main channel of capital settlementduring international business transaction, play a significant role in the internationaleconomy, which has been widely recognized and accepted from all walks of life. In theprogress of international business transaction, standardized telecommunications SWIFTmessage has become an important way to exchange information among the internationalfinancial institutions. However, how to deal with a message rapidly and accurately iswhat must be faced in the process of international settlement business.This thesis is based on the SWIFT message liquidation project of H bank. First ofall, the paper elaborates the background and significance as well as what has beenresearched home and abroad on the topic of international business messages processing.Then the thesis gives a brief introduction to the knowledge of SWIFT, the technologyfor development, and the method of development, which concern the development ofthe system. Next from the perspective of software engineering, the thesis analyzes thefunction, performance, business process and so on, which are necessary for internationalbusiness messages processing system. Based on the analysis, the thesis proposes themain work content, goal and overall architecture of the system that can distributeautomatically international business message, and recounts and develops each part ofthe subsystem of international business message distribution, then elaborates mainprocess of the design and implementation of automatic distribution for internationalbusiness message among the small and medium-sized banks. Beginning with messageautomatic processing and clearing accounts, the system shows a whole process frommessage acquisition to the message automatic distribution. On the management of thesystem, the thesis designs the specific functional modules.The system is based on the three layer framework of J2EE, B/S mode, andaccording to message business process plans different functions, loose couplingbetween modules, in order to guarantee the stability of the system scalability andportability. What’s more, the system chooses the Oracle as database, JAVA language as acoding language, Eclipse as a development tool, making full use of FINWARE businesscomponent platform to implement message automatic distribution and user interaction. Moreover, in test section, we verify whether functions of system are normal.International business message automatic distribution subsystem has somesophistication and forward-looking. And the system performance and stabilityperformance meet the requirements of quick message handle in small and medium-sizedcommercial banks business. Once this system is applied, the processing efficiency of theinternational business can be promoted, the recognition of customers in internationalbusiness of commercial bank can be promoted, and the competitiveness of commercialbanks can be improved.
