| Export trade is one of the three carriages driving China's economic growth.At present,there are many foreign trade enterprises and the export volume continues to grow.Banks provide intermediaries as intermediaries for clearing transactions between domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises.After years of development and expansion,a policy bank has gradually moved from the domestic market to the international market in support of the development of some agricultural enterprises.With the increasing volume of international import and export trade,the types of trade financing and international settlement have become more and more abundant.The old system of the bank can not support the increasingly rich international knots set up.It is urgent to develop the international settlement system to adapt to the current business development.This paper takes the project of international settlement system of a policy bank as the development background,deeply studies and discusses the variety,process and development trend of the bank's international settlement business,and carries on the demand analysis,technical analysis,system detailed design,system realization and so on,finally completes the international settlement.System development.In this paper,the flow chart is used to explain the business involved in the system,such as letter of credit business,settlement business,remittance business,etc.The system adopts B/S structure technically,and the WebSphere platform based on J2EE is used as the environment support.The technology framework designs a hierarchical structure including presentation layer,control layer,service layer and data layer.The database uses Oracle database to support the massive data of the system.This paper briefly introduces the relationship between the international settlement system and its peripheral system.How to realize seamless docking,gives the network topology of the international settlement system,and then designs the functions of each module in detail.This part puts forward the functions of the system,the design of the common module and the design of the key class/interface,which are divided into five modules:information processing,inward remittance and outward remittance.Import business,export business and fund management module.The key class design includes packet addition,message modification,printing function and so on.After discussing the classification and function design,the realization and testing process of some system functions are given.The application of the system provides a strong support for the development of trade finance,and provides fast,accurate and excellent service for international business.Through the operation of each system to achieve the seamless flow of Bank International settlement,message clearing,intra-system transactions,account processing and other business processes and data,so that the bank's international business has a better response to market changes and meet customer needs. |
