University resource planning (URP) is gradually been adopted as a digital campussolutions and rich sound, become the main direction of development and constructionguidelines of the University information. Despite the speed of the digital campushardware platform construction increased year by year with the development of socialinformation, but the application is lagging behind, and the reason is that supportingsoftware development can not keep up. Teachers and students between the twocampuses, the main channels of interaction is essential to stay in a face-to-facecommunication or telephone exchange level, lack of the use of information technologyand resources. Digital campus provide teachers and students network environment withthe virtual space of interaction, so that the exchange has become more convenient andeffective. Interactive online teaching platform has become an extremely important partof digital campus application.This paper studies the teaching interactive platform for the URP digital campusanalysis, design and system implementation. The main contribution of this paper is asfollows:1. The features and functions of the existing interactive online teaching platformsare compared. Several technologies including ERP, URP, cloud storage and other relatedthose are studied. Finally, the roles of these technologies for building interactive onlineteaching platform, so as to realize the digital campus are anglicized.2. Demand for interactive teaching platform, based on full analysis of the existingtechnology, the paper proposes the design of a teaching interactive platform for the URPdigital campus. In order to meet the demand of the platform of the future of massivedata, the program uses the open source platform Hadoop cloud-based storage system.Meanwhile, for security management of the teaching interactive platform, a SOA-basedunified user authentication scheme is proposed. The design’s technology is advanced,with strong suitability, security and scalability.3. Web way of teaching the basic framework of the interactive platform for theURP digital campus. The framework includes the online system for public applications, networked classrooms, undergraduate applications, graduate application system,teachers application system, the senate, the graduate school of the system, videointeractive classroom and teaching forum subsystems, which the public applicationsystems, network classrooms, the undergraduate application systems, teaching forumand video interactive classroom are implemented. Finally, teaching forum and videointeractive systems are tested as function and performance respectively. The result of thetest is satisfying.
