With the rapid development of cloud computing and sharp increase of big data,it has become an urgent problem in today's society how to reasonably manage cloud storage resources,effectively alleviate the contradiction between users' QoS(Quality of Service)and cloud providers' profit.In order to improve users' QoS and cloud vendors' profit,aimed at different solutions,we propose three structures of the cloud storage faced to member user,then carry out the performance evaluation and performance optimization based on queuing network model.Firstly,in order to attract more users to use cloud storage,cloud storage vendors provide free storage service and registration service.For a small number of users who want to register as members and a small load on the registration server,we propose a structure of the cloud storage based registration service of cloud user.Free users become member users after registration service.Abstracting the free cloud storage service as the first service and the registration service abstracting as the second optional service,we build an unlimited cache queuing network model with the second option service.Secondly,for a big number of users who want to register as members and a big load on the registration server,we propose a structure of the cloud storage with access threshold.Consider limiting the intentional user's buffer capacity to avoid the situation that the waiting time of intentional user is too long,we build a limited cache queuing network model under the second option service.Thirdly,considering the fact that member users and free users use cloud storage service at the same time,we introduce a structure of the cloud storage with free users and member users.Abstracting the charge storage cloud in where member users locate and free storage cloud in where free users locate as a queueing model with multi server,respectively,we establish a queuing model with impatient behavior and the finite user source.Lastly,based on steady-state results,we obtain the expressions of the average latency of potential users,the utilization of registration server and the average latency of charge users for the structure of the cloud storage based registration service of cloud user,the structure of the cloud storage with access threshold,and the structure of the cloud storage with free user and member user.With the numerical experiments and system simulations,we reveal the effect of different system parameters on performance of the system is depicted.By establishing the system cost function and using intelligent optimization algorithm,the system optimization of three structures of the cloud storage are carried out.
