Analysis And Design Of Teaching Quality Management System For Colleges

With the social transformation and readjustment of economic structure, the quality requirements of talent training for undergraduates in colleges has become more and more demanding. The traditional measures can’t adapt current training process of the colleges.The project is based on actual requirement of the colleges teaching quality monitoring, and discussed how to structure a teaching quality monitoring system which is fit the colleges. The System analyzes and process massive teaching-related data, with a reduction of cost input, and timely reflects potential problems existing during the teaching process.The supervisors and teachers can get information timely about attendance, absent, teaching evaluate and questionnaire survey. They can carry out the work pertinently, promote teaching quality management and improve teaching quality.The system is based on SSH framework of J2EE platform. It used JSP and Struts Framework in UI, Spring Framework for the business logic and Hibernate Framework to get access to database to built a three-layer architecture which contains UI Layer, Business Logical Layer,Data Access Layer. The system consists of six modules such as system management, message management, attendance management, leave management, evaluation management and questionnaire management.The dissertation introduces the background and significance of the project firstly. Then the techonologies and platform related are discussed. According to the software engineering principle and method, the dissertation does the requirement analysis; elaborate the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system. The dissertation provides the system general design, module design and the relevant technologies.
