The system canmake full use of the computer, network technology and database technology, to carryout the standardization, institutionalization, scientific of teaching process and try toreduce teachers’ workload and improve the work efficiency of teachers’ and students’.The online submission and mark assignment system of A Ba Teachers’ Collegefirstly analyzed the requirements of the overall system, the system’s character andfunctional requirement etc. on this basis; it designed the system, which mainly includesthe system structure mode, the database system, the interface, etc. At last, according tothe requirement of the system we compiled the code and then we can use the system. Interms of the achieved technique, the system adopts the (Browse/Server) structure,which bases on the website. It adopts the blocking modeling method and selects theASP.NET programming which supports multilingual environment. The system usesSQL Server to be the database management of this system, and adopts the languagewhich Microsoft object-oriented language C#to compile the basic code of this system.While studying on this project the researcher first collected and analyzed thepresent situation of submitting and marking homework in our college and works out the main function of the system based on the result and practical needs of the users Then,the researchers plans to make a full and detailed design, and finally completes the codeand on-line test of the system. The development of this system would make the processof correcting homework much more systematic, order and standardized; besides thesoftware has a friendly interface, which makes it easy to operation.
