| With the progress and development of computer network and information technologies, it is a problem on which communication operators should focus as well as an important aspect of raising their management levels to enhance their competitive forces, especially to win the support of users, to strengthen the exchanges with users, and to maintain and handle their obstacle problems positively and effectively. There are some differences among the means and ways of obstacle management of various communication operators and the Web-based obstacle management of communication users has not been implemented in an all-round and detailed way, so it is just an experiment to develop and implement this system which requires long-term continuous efforts and improvements.This paper first analyzes the frame and technology of communication user obstacle management system and points out the current technical background and development of the system; it proposes the overall structure of Web-based communication user obstacle management system and normalizes the design and development requirements of the system. users obstacles to the overall management structure and the system design and development requirements of the standards; and then it puts forward a complete overall structure solution of implementing a user obstacle management system by using the B/S mode and points out the technology employed by the system.Then, it classifies the functions of the system, and discusses in detail the specific design and the implementation process of the system, the connection with the database during the process of realizing the functions and the entire operational process and the page design of the system.According to the thought of software engineering, this paper finally discusses the testing, debugging and operating environment of the system, with the focus on the some technical problems encountered during the process of system design and development and their solutions. |
