Design And Implementation Of Route Search Mobile Application Based On Android

Nowadays, mobile application stores appear because of the development of the3Gtechnology and the popularization of user equipment. All the users could obtain theinformation which they needed and entertainment service which they wanted anytimeand anywhere, according to the service (like Location Based Service) which is providedby mobile equipment. These features will make our life convenience and easier.This thesis describes an Android mobile application client based on C/Sarchitecture for information of carpooling which is needed for white collar class wholive in prime city. This application interacts with HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol)between Client and Server, and request user information and database of route map toachieve verification of user information; this application also provide route mapmatching service and function of communication between different users. There are fivemodels in this application: User Interface (UI), data processing, communication,background service, Google Maps and route map display.The application has already reached the expected design goal by test, and all thefounctions are running as normal.This is an excellent mobile platform for user topublish and search route map information.
