Fire is one of the major disasters that threaten public safety and social stability.Over the years,accidents have become more frequent,which causes a large number of casualties and huge property losses.Due to the limited conditions on the scene of the disaster,the distribution of escape personnel is loose,which has caused certain difficulties in the rescue work.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for all countries in the world about how to effectively organize the evacuation of trapped people,to reduce casualties and property losses.This paper aims to command effectively and realize real-time positioning at the scene of the fire using the network communication and information technology,which can also rationally plan the shortest path for rescue to develop a "fire escape system based on mobile terminals" in order to assist real-time rescue of fire.Based on the nature of fire engineering business and work needs,the paper aims to study,design and then realize suitable Team Fire Rescue Escape System APP for fire rescue using WI-FI positioning technology which based on Android network platform,according to the principle of fingerprint algorithm and aimed at the technical difficulty of indoor positioning in fire rescue and escape system.The main functions of the system include user management,information push,map positioning navigation and system maintenance management,in which the fingerprint algorithm and map positioning navigation content is the core.Firstly,the offline WI-FI data is collected by the mobile terminal(mobile phone)and stored in the SQLite database of the Android system to form fingerprint location information.Secondly,the fingerprint location data is optimized by cluster analysis to filter the effective data,eliminate redundant data and reduce the pressure of post-processing data.Then,WI-FI fingerprint location algorithm is used to perform online location matching on sensitive data obtained at the fire site,in this way,the target of the trapped help target can be quickly determined.And finally,to plan determined.And finally,to plan and calculate the shortest escape route on the scene using Dijkstra algorithm and display it on the mobile phone map of the trapped person to guide the trapped person to evacuate along the planned path as well as increase the probability of escape.The system utilizes the B/S network architecture and adopts Java language development,which strives to make the system interface beautiful,easy to operate,convenient and practical,and reliable in operation.Through the confirmation test,the real-time positioning and planning of the fire scene rescue function is realized.The field simulation test runs prove that the application effect is good.The system provides effective auxiliary effects for the fire-fighting agency fire rescue and escape,and has great practical value.
