As an important aspect government management,especially under serious economic situation, financial management plays much moreimportant role, requiring promote the content innovation of financial management andfinancial management tools with the vision of scientific development.Currently, financial management mainly is on the stage of report management inmost governments of our country, which is not smart and not flexible as well. Manydeep and complex calculations have to be handed by human hand, which makesfinancial management labor-intensive, low efficiency and high cost, wasting lots ofmanpower, materials and financial resources. It is urgent to design intelligent andautomatic financial reporting system in terms of current financial management mode,pushing the application of financial information system. Combining with financialmanagement needs and existing problems of current financial management software, thepaper designs e-government intelligence reporting system, and focuses on theconstruction of distributed financial office software system. The main functions of thesystem include: dynamic calculation of financial statements, accounting automaticallygenerated, financial office automation three, which can solve current main problems of current financial management, such as financial information exchanges, financialcalculation and financial information monitoring. The e-government intelligencereporting system can greatly improve work efficiency and service quality, laying thefoundation for the construction of financial management information system.
