In recent years, high-speed computers, network transmission and computationaltechniques have played an important role in meteorological science.It does not only solve the dyscalculia in aerodynamics and meteorology, and alsopush the long-term development of the weather forecasting technology and professionalwork. It changes the traditional thoughts about the ways of collecting and storingmeteorological Data, then accelerates the efficiency and improves the level ofmeteorological science research.With the development of economic society, people have paid more attention to thedevelopment of marine resources and weather broadcasting, especially the weatherforecast that warns the disastrous weather above the sea.Sea fog is a common disastrous weather above the sea, which will impact on themaritime transport, competition, military exercises, and cultivation so on. It alwayscauses a big amount of the death and injuries and the loss of profits, and has a bad effecton society.How to make full use of available sources and computer technology to monitor andrelease the warning information in time about the sea fog is a problem that all thecoastal station and bureaus of meteorology pay special attention to. It needs to be solvedat once.To improve the level of sea fog forecast and fill in the blanks of the sea fogforecast and warning technology to reduce the probable disaster and loss caused by seafog and low visibility, I created a set of integrated publishing platform, includingmonitor, forecast and warning, which is according to reality and the needs ofdevelopment. Below is the main content:1. Introduce the definition and categories of sea fog, analyses the feature of seafog’s change, conclude the main factor that impact on sea fog and discuss the main wayto forecast the sea fog.2. Introduce the software development technology and system architecture modelnowadays, analyse and discuss about the main statistics storing system and data serverplatform.3.Analyse the business needs at present, and design programs and create a systematic operational framework according to it, then come up with the functions thatthe system needs, which are data collection,data processing, module management,forecasting and warning, data display and personnel management. It analyses thesefunction module in detail as well.4. Create and make every function module come true. Make the automation of datacollecting and processing come true and form the forecasting product automatically. UseRedhat and Oracle as the server operating system and data storing system. Use VisualStudio as software development platform and found an efficient and easy-operatedforecasting system.The monitoring of coastal sea fog and forecasting and early warning systemintroduced in this article can not only suits the business needs locally, and also can beused in province wide and nationwide. By editing data and other settings, it can suits thebusiness needs in various regions. With the further improvement and being mature ofthe platform, it will have a broad application prospects.
