The Design And Implementation Of Stocking Selling And Storing System In Gas Appliance Enterprises Based On ASP.NET

With China’s economics development, in stocking selling and storing businesssectors there is a geographically distributed, resulting in enterprise managementpoor, and inefficient. Therefore, how to improve the inventory management systemand the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, encourage enterprises toimprove management mechanisms, improve the management level, and build asuitable business characteristics invoicing information system to become theenterprise’s problem which must be considered. With internet technologydevelopment and management information system spreading, more and moreenterprises to develop a distributed inventory management system based on theinternet. Merchandise management system, no longer suited to modern andadvanced supply chain business model. In an increasingly competitive marketenvironment, a higher requirement is demanded for enterprise resourcemanagement, in order to win competitive edge in the market it is necessary tostrengthen the dynamic management of logistics, information flow, capital flow,and make corporate management more standardized, the cooperation of everybusiness more closely.This paper is oriented to the design and implementation of invoicing system ina gas appliance enterprise. The paper first describes the background andsignificance of the system, combined with the gas company analyzed the currentstatus and problems of small and medium enterprises about invoicing systemapplications in China; then expounded invoicing basic theory, such as procurementmanagement, sales management, inventory management, and the correspondingtechnology used in the system development process are introduced.In the design of system database, first introduce database design steps andstandardization of theoretical knowledge, and then rely on the previous theorydesign the detailed of the database of purchasing, inventory, sales and permissions.In the analysis and design of the system function, system architecture, functionalstructure, application architecture and data flow are analyzed and designed, andimplementation of the functional modules of the system is described. Finally, thekey technologies used in system design, such as crystal reports, the Ajax, dependent on the injection and reflection, triggers and other technologies are discussed.The invoicing system designed in this paper has a good result in theenterprises, meet the gas appliance enterprise with basic inventory demand,improve the management efficiency, change the traditional management model, andhas some practical significance for improving the information level of China’ssmall and medium-sized enterprises.
