| With the rapid development of information technology, informatization hasbecome the trend of modern property management, property management system is theenterprise to improve the construction level of property services and the key measuresto improve the competitiveness of the industry. In order to satisfy the service of propertymanagement and enterprise information construction requirements, this thesis uses usesB/S three layer architecture model, and based on the.NET platform technology,development and implementation of the property management system.Following the advanced, practicability, reliability principle, this thesis embarksfrom the practical needs of the property management, to improve work efficiency andservice quality, reduce the cost of property management for the purpose, design andimplementation of the property management system of the actual business needs. Thesystem is based on ASP.NET platform, the property management information systemdevelopment and implementation of the perfect function, in the Windows2003Server+IIS6.0+SQL Server2005environment stable performance. This thesis isstructured as follows:First, the property management system research background and significance ofthe research are briefly introduced, analyzes the present research situation of theproperty management system at home and abroad, the contents of this study areplanning;Secondly, the property management business needs of the system in detail, fromthe system target, system functional requirements, system use case view concretelyintroduces the system requirements;Then, on the basis of system demand analysis, the system design principles andobjectives, and then completed the system architecture design, function module designand database design;Then, combining the result of requirement analysis and design, each functionmodule of the property management system for the detailed design and code realization;Finally, according to the characteristics of this system, the black box testingmethod, the key modules of the system and the core functions were tested, and the testresults are analyzed. It is proved by practice that the property management system, the construction ofperfect function, stable performance. With the help of this system, the enterprise canprovide information service efficiently, for the owners of property management,improve service level, and improve their own competitiveness; at the same time, thesystem also has a positive significance to coordinate the relations between owners andproperty management staff. |
