With the development of modern society, the meteorological service has attractedwide attention from all sectors of society, the meteorological service is an importantguarantee for economic construction, social development.At the same time, theinformation technology has been deeply used in meteorological industry, more to carryout relevant research work and business.In order to improve the meteorological serviceof modern management level,and improve the meteorological service of social andeconomic benefits, according to the Shaoshan Meteorological Bureau of Hunanprovince overall planning and needs, developing a set of information release, basicbusiness management in one of the meteorological website system, has the very vitalsignificance.Information release system based on Web platform of the system, the unifiedmanagement of website information, using template and classified in the form ofsystematic, standardized information release, audit, retrieval, integration managementreview.System management personnel through the simple and convenient interfaceinformation will be added to the system database, and then the information systemconfiguration in a unified model will show in the front desk page web site.Theimplementation of this system will completely change the Shaoshan MeteorologicalBureau website system management mode, can greatly reduce the site to update themaintenance difficulty and workload, improve management efficiency and save thecost of human resource, improve the level of meteorological services, convenient toexpand service areas, to meet the needs of various users.This thesis focuses on a detailed description of the Shaoshan meteorologicalwebsite system from requirements, design, coding and testing, developed to helpShaoshan weather the promotion system.The system mainly includes the key functionof the system configuration, system management, article management, othermanagement, information management module.The system based on Browser/server(B/S) mode, using ASP, ADO, VBScript and CSS technology, using SQL SEVER2000 as the background data server.The test results show that: the function and performanceof the system is of good performance, has strong portability and security, databasedesign strictly follows the data consistency and integrity, stable operation, the systemresponse speed, beautiful interface, easy maintenance, achieve the desired designgoals.
