The system is arranged as a web-based implementation, which takes browser/client mode. The architecture, with takes three-tier is built as the framework of the overall system. The whole system is divided into three parts as foreground, background, and database, which has a division of functional parts. The system takes Visual Studio2008as a system development tool, and Sql Server2008as database support, as well as JavaScript, Ajax, Css, JQuery and other popular web design technology. At the mean time, it is also including concurrency control and multi-threaded approach to improve system performance.Through the realization of industrial and commercial management information system, it can not only improve the daily work of business administration department efficiency, but also makes industrial and commercial administration open. And it is also helpful to solve the difficulties of people’s government affare, speeding it’s process, which will further promote the working efficienty of government.
