Research And Implement Of Property Management System Based On WCF And DM

With the the relentless increase of requirement of people’s service quality, property management has became more complex in the business scope, and has caused property to consume more manpower and material resources, and made conflicts between owner and property become more and more acute. By means of introduction of property management systems, many property companies have improved the quality of property management services to a certain extent. However, under the new situation, property management systems have higher demands on scalability and flexibility, for example, logic share between different frameworks(CS/BS), coexisting of between various modes( Remoting, Web Services, WSE, MSMQ) of different functional modules in a distributed environment, sharing of data access between the different systems etc. With the rapid development of real estate industry, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, so efficient, flexible, scalable modern property management system is needed urgently, to enhance the level of property management, strengthen its competitiveness.According to the current development trend of property management, this topic has to focus on researching WCF framework for the field of property management system. The article has researched software development model based on WCF framework, analyzed data mining technology in the field of property management, and designed property management system architecture based on WCF framework. Finally, the topic has been realized and verified combined with property management System, the main research contents and technical practice can be summarized as the following points:(1) Studying and using system architecture based on WCF technology to achieve the property management system with Service-Oriented Framework. In view of the existing defects of property management system framework, the WCF framework is introduced for establishing a system model based on Service-Oriented Architecture which is safe and reliable. The system model is based on the traditional structure of C/S and B/S system, the WCF service layer is been sandwiched between the presentation layer and business logic layer.(2)Researching data mining technology, and Analyzing data mining technology in the field of property management. There are much data about basic user information and billing information in the Property Management System. Making full use of the accumulated data information, the article has selected the data ming algorithms of association,finding out the relations of owner occupation,building area and payment,digging out the useful information to provide policy decision for managers finally.(3) Analyzing the actual application requirements of property management platform. Designing and implementing the property management system based on the technology of WCF and DM.This system mainly realized the staff information management, property resource management, workflow management, charge management, rental management, report management, system management and other functional modules. Especially, the decision support function is included in the charge management module, which makes the system be more intelligent for meeting the market demand.
