The Design And Accomplishment Of Property Management System Based On B/s Architecture

With the rapid development of society, the traditional property management model has been increasingly unable to meet the needs of owners of property management, computer-based information management will replace the traditional property management model has become the main way of modern property management. In the fierce market competition, scientific and standardized management tools of information technology and automation property management directly affects the level of service to property companies and corporate image, business viability and core competitiveness.This article discusses the development of B/S-based property management system. Firstly, this article discuss the development background of the property management system. Then, to do demand analysis, this article use the use case diagram to show the functional requirements such as the function of building and equipment management, security management and so on. Based on the demand analysis of the system, we design the function architecture, the technical architecture and the deployment structure of the system. Using the UML language, we show the details of the design of each function of the system. We also describe the development of the design of the database and give implementation code of some function. Finally, we test the system and provide some test case of the system.The system uses the B/S and Struts architecture to realize the functions of the property management system, including building management, equipment management, security management and so on. Building management mainly realize the function of building maintenance and building exchange, check-in management mainly realize the functions of check-in and rent-out of building. Charge management realize the functions of setting charge standard, cost accountant and charge, equipment management provide the workers with the function of equipment maintenance and maintenance of equipment files and so on. Other modules is also the same.This property management system is a modern residential property management simulation, the design takes the ease of use, security, concurrency and other factors into account. This system meets the need of property management and provide an efficient information platform for the development of property management.
