Today, the enrollment scale of the Art College of Shenyang Conservatory of Musicis expanding. Along with the expansion, the school’s educational administrationmanagement system not only can’t meet the needs now, but also seriously affecting thequality and efficiency of the educational administration’s work. Meanwhile, as thekeeping reforming of the schools’ teaching system, the information building andmodularization of education work has become the emphasis development in theuniversities. It is also a school’s modernization and informatization level symbols.Therefore, our school is in urgent need of research and development of comprehensiveeducational administration management software, set up a set of advanced technology,efficient and stable, safe and reliable，meet the day-to-day school management teachinginformation management system.This system is to take the teaching management platform as the research object. Indepth analysis of the current Tecs and stus on the basis of demand, we innovativelydesigned an office management system to serve the Art College of our university. Themain function of the system is:1. Students Information Management, this system is closely around the schoolsubjects--stus, in order to meet the demand for the purpose of educational management,a comprehensive collection of information on stus, especially including the informationabout the rewards and punishments during the period of school of the students.2. Teachter’s Information Management, teachter’s information is another importantmain part in addition to stus through teaching management platform. It’s the importantbase of other business application scenario. The system can collect and manage theTec’s information comprehensively. For example, the Tec’s basic informationmanagement, it can provide the inquiry function of the Tec’s information within thewhole school. It can also add, modify and delete the Tec’s basic information. The Tec’sworkload management, it can provide data supporting evidence for the Tec’s salarymanagement. It provides the data information of the total teaching hours, the teachingmajor and class, the number of the stus and each teaching time and so on. The Tec’srefresher Crs management, it can inquiry, add and delete the situation of the Tec’srefresher Crs. 3. Curriculum Management, this system includes the teaching plan, Crs schedulingmanagement, test management and other functions. Among them, in order to avoid thestus missed each semester examination, the system can also send the stus messages ofthe examination subjects, examination time and location before the examinationautomatically.4. Achievement Management, this system includes the stus’ achievements of entering,query and summary, it also includes a statistic and output information of the make-upexamination. Focus on giving stus timely SMS reminder after examination results entry.At present, the work of educational administration and stu management are all usethe Microsoft Office to record, store, query and summary the data. The weakness arelow-level efficiency, poor accuracy, flexibility, poor visual and so many repetitive work.Developing and using an advanced educational administration management system cannot only lighten the management workload of our school, reduce the managementnumber, reduce the spending and waste of the human resource, but also improve thework efficiency and accuracy rate of the management. So that can finally improve thework efficiency in various aspects.
