The collection of the miscellaneous websites will undoubtedly bring the students a sense of being disorderly and complicated. As mentioned above, it is inevitable to develop a system with the function of comprehensive management of course websites. Students in university need to register online before choosing optional courses and they have large demands for independent study. Thus, sufficient teaching resources on internet are accordingly required. Teachers can establish course websites on internet, which makes courseware and video documents for study are available. It is also possible for teachers to give instructions at website via leaving message or online communication, which serves to lay a solid foundation for students'study. Online assignment and exams are also time-saving for both students and teachers. Constant perfection of the utilization of internet in education system should be under way due to the unceasing development of internet. At present, many universities have established distance education base, which is a good utilization of the internet in modern education system.Internet is a novelty without fixed patterns in many fields, which requires constant improvement and innovation in the utilization technology of network teaching. Modules of the management of working stuff's information, modules of teaching management via VOD video and modules of online communicating between teachers and students must be developed due to the indivisibility between the information of working stuff and that of curriculum. Curriculum management system is responsible for categorizing the whole university courses, which facilitates the students'course searching on line and serves to be a bridge of communicating between teachers and students. In addition, it makes it easier to manage the course and teachers'personal information on the part of university, which contributes to the standardization of the management of university curriculum and the information of working stuff. Furthermore, it brings the utilization of network in university teaching and management into full play and makes the management of modern education more convenient and reasonable .The paper, based on the present management of university curriculum and working stuff information in China, expounds the necessity and significance of the construction of university curriculum management system with the background of the present situation of the network teaching management in the author's own university. According to the present situation of the lack of digital curriculum management system in the author's university, the paper proposes the construction of the developing system integrated with the nature of curriculum, classification and comprehensive integration of teaching with NET, VB, SQL technologies as the basis. Through a large number of analysis and contrast of the two network technologies of Browser /server and Client/server, the overall blueprint of the design came out as the result of the combination and adaption of the two technologies. The function of the system, modules and process has been given detailed analysis and partial function of the system has been realized. The paper introduces the related realization principles and process concerning the management of the system, the utilization and the maintenance, which helps to realize the tentative utilization of network in university course teaching as well as the innovative diversity in teaching reform.Research accomplished:1) the proposal of the construction of curriculum management system and the solution according to the university curriculum rank requirements2) the realization of the system by the utilization of the integration of B/S, C/S 3) further analysis and practice of the technology based on NET and SOL database4) the accomplishment of the administrative system of curriculum with two parts of B/S and C/S.C/S: mainly covering curriculum information input, working staff information input, statistical returns, system configuration etc.B/S: mainly covering the function display of curriculum websites, the interaction between teachers and students, the assessment from the students, curricular resources downloading, VOD sharing platform etc.Key and difficulty: the curriculum information input, statistical returns covered by C/S and the interaction between teachers and students covered by B/S.5) With all the programs of B/S, C/S packed ;making a good configuration of the software installation environment6) an analysis of the software's copyright protection function and the realization of the legitimate software registration.As mentioned above, the paper mainly discusses the overall structure and related utilization techniques of university curriculum management system and the realization of the two major modules of B/S, C/S in the system by coding. The overall aim is to achieve a comprehensive curriculum management platform for students and teachers when they need to use and administrate. The paper discusses the outline and the methods of realizing this system. In addition, the paper has laid theoretical foundation for the development of the curriculum management system and accomplished partial function of the system.
