Designing And Implementing For Guizhou Huaxi Guest House Information Management System

Guizhou Huaxi Hotel is a set of high-level government reception, large andmedium-sized meetings, leisure, catering, entertainment, business, and many services,information exchange, cultural activities and related services and facilities for theintegration, the huge amount of information. The use of computers and other high-techmethods to collection, processing, storage and dissemination of fangjs, customerinformation, billing, information technology, modern management, it is helpful toimprove the management level and service quality, reduce manual operation is large,maintain a low cost operation. For this purpose, we combined with the author’s practicalexperience in Huaxi Hotel for many years and obtained in the software engineeringclass learning theoretical knowledge and technology, continue to learn in order topractise principle, choice of hotel management information system of Guizhou Huaxi ofChina as the research subject. The main work and contributions are as follows:1. Huaxi Hotel management information system needs analysis, detailed analysis,including the analysis of the hotel organization structure and business data flow,functional, security and feasibility analysis of the management information system.2. With using UML modeling language and Power tools for Designer design,detailed design of Huaxi Hotel management information system, including systemdesign principles, design the overall function module of the system, detailed designdepartment function module design and database system. Detailed part is designed withthe reception management, customer account management, entertainment suppliesinventory management, design a query system function and system management andmaintenance etc..3. With using Power Builder and SQL Server software tools, based on the C\/Sarchitecture, implementation of Huaxi Hotel management information system.Including the login system, fangj management, catering and entertainment management,background information management staff and yonghu password change module.4. Objective and methods of introduced the system test, system runningenvironment, complete the yonghu login module testing, yonghu key modification module test, fangj management module testing and test the staff informationmanagement module etc.The quality of the system we design and implement a high, strong adaptability,high reliability, reusability and maintainability, brought new hope to the Huaxi Hotelinformation management of the road.
