In order to meet the institute’s business management functions of agencies, further strengthen the comprehensive management needs to implement "clear objectives and responsibilities clearly, process control, strict examination, rewards and punishments" management principles to ensure the comprehensive management of hospital-wide assessment indicators the successful completion of the build safe and efficient integrated management system becomes imperative.In this thesis, combined with the management areas of business management and working mechanism based on the analysis, the use of domain-oriented model-driven system requirements analysis and modeling, and the introduction of a service-oriented architecture(Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA) to build the entire institutional framework, while building large-scale scientific research institutions for the specific needs of an integrated management system based on integrated enterprise management areas, and finally, as determined in accordance with the framework of the system architecture, combined with a large application projects by Institute Web Service technology to achieve rapid development of the Institute of integrated Management system. Research work in this paper has a certain practical significance, integrated management application framework model designed for large research institutions or enterprises, to other similar integrated enterprise management system also has some reference and reference.
