Design And Implementation Of Yangquan Hospital Outpatient Management Information System

With the rapid development of modern computer technology and Internet technology, the hospital, as a key part in the social special service industry, is also gradually making the efforts to follow the skilled reform. No 1 People’s Hospital of Yangquan is a large three-level comprehensive hospital, and therefore it is necessary to construct hospital outpatient information system which covers the main management functions and the succession for the patients when they approach the hospital. At the same time, it also makes the hospital information unitied, centralized,use and shared by all the management system.This article through carries on the analysis to the hospital outpatient department business requirements and business processes, design and implementation of information management system for hospital outpatient. This paper will mainly research work focuses on the following aspects:First of all, through a comprehensive analysis of the current hospital outpatient information system of each business unit needs a comprehensive investigation and business activities,and with the development of the status quo at home and abroad of outpatient and realization method of the system,the conception of outpatient information management systempreliminary establishment of the hospital;Secondly, combined with the actual situation in the outpatient department of the first people’s Hospital of Yangquan City, with UML as system modeling language,analysis of the specificbusiness process of hospital outpatient department, obtaining system actors and use cases,business modeling, the overall demand for information management system of the hospital outpatient to grasp, using object-oriented analysis and design method, to the three layer of the C/S/S based architecture, driver development process to system use case, class diagram and sequence diagram were used for static and dynamic structure of the system are described, and the establishment of the database model of the system, the module combine together, form a good hospital outpatient information management system applicationplatform.Again,in the actual development process,using Rational Rose 2003 visualization tools forsystem modeling,database modeling Power Builder as development tool,Oracle as the background of DBMS, UML as the system of visual modeling language description tool.Finally, the tests of the system shows that it has provided a simple, quick, safe working platform for medical operation, and reduced leakage phenomenon in the medical fee charges, shortened the time of treatment, improved the quality of medical services, and the whole benefit of hospital, hospital management tend to scientific as well. At the same time, it has offered the accurate data for the managers of the hospital with the aim to improve the quality of hospital service fundamentally.
