In the 1930s early, British scholars began to advocate the media literacy education. After seventy years of development, media literacy and media literacy education had very great progress, especially in Euro-American developed countries. But the development of media literacy education is not balanced in the world, the media literacy education is still in the initial or bud in parts or not even started to develop in some parts. In our country, the media literacy education has just started.Many scholars pay close attention to media literacy education about children and adolescents,but the lack of media literacy education teachers seriously hindered the media literacy education to be fulfilled, and few scholars study the problems about media literacy teacher's cultivation. Above two the situation described that it's necessary to construct the talent training mode of media literacy education.Talent training mode is a systematic project, in order to understand constructing content of talent training mode of media literacy education, this paper gives a detailed discussion from the following several aspects:In the introduction of this paper, topic reason and the research significance demonstrated research value of this paper, and then according to the research target, this paper introduced the content and method.The second chapter is connotation interpretation of media literacy and media literacy education. This paper firstly listed the each scholar's different understanding about media literacy, and then compared the media literacy and information literacy to deepen the understanding about the essence of media literacy. The introduction on the connotation and development course of media literacy education matted to understand the media literacy education The third chapter reviewed the research situation on media litefacy education at home and abroad. Firstly this chapter introduced the present situation of the media literacy education about five countries, Britain, Canada, Australia, the United States and Japan, pointed out the characteristics of media literacy education all these countries, secondly analyzed the situation of media literacy education in Hong Kong and Taiwan two parts. Then from the media literacy education research and practice two aspects, this chapter analyzed our country's present situation of the media literacy education. This chapter compared the media literacy at home and abroad, in order to find the existing problems of media literacy education in our country, and to draw solution. The solution has important reference value to set the content and target of talents training mode of media literacy education. The theory model of talent training mode of media literacy education based on modern distance education platform was constructed in the fourth chapter. This study elaborated the concept and basic elements of talent training mode, in order to understand the connotation of talent training mode. According to the existing problems of our country's media literacy education, and the revelation of foreign media literacy education, this paper constructed the theory model of talent training mode of media literacy education, and narrated the core of talent training mode of media literacy education, according to three basic elements of the talent training mode.The fifth chapter included technical support and system design about theoretical model. The construction of modern distance education platform is the most technical content in the theory model. Firstly this paper introduced various technical characteristics to understand environment and technical support of modern distance education platform, and then introduced design idea of modern distance education platform.The development and realization process of modern distance education platform were introduced in the sixth chapter. This paper respectively introduced system development and realization process, according to five modules.In the end of this paper, the author summarized the research results of this study, and briefly introduced the research disadvantages.I hope that the achievements of this research can provide some reference experience for the question of media literacy education about teachers.
